KHARTOUM, 17 January (BelTA) – The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus views cooperation with Sudan as promising and suggests its potential partners to develop collaboration in many areas, Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB) Vladimir Gusakov told the media in Khartoum, BelTA has learned.

“Sudan is a very interesting country for us. It is a country with a huge potential. The country is rich in natural resources. We can offer it a wide range of our applications,” said Vladimir Gusakov.

He named the cooperation in the area of biotechnologies a promising area for the two countries. Sudan shows interest in Belarusian medical, technical, machinery and instrument engineering technologies.
