MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) - Enterprises affiliated with the Belarusian Industry Ministry signed contracts totaling over $265 million on the sidelines of the INNOPROM. Belarus international industrial exhibition, BelTA learned from the Industry Ministry.

"According to preliminary data, enterprises affiliated with the Belarusian Industry Ministry signed about 40 commercial documents with a total value of over $265 million on the sidelines of the forum. This will provide an additional impetus for the development of the Belarusian industrial sector," the press service noted.

This event served as a unique platform to showcase the achievements of Belarusian industry, establish business contacts, and share best practices with participants from Russia, CIS, and EAEU countries. On the sidelines of INNOPROM. Belarus, the Industry Ministry held around 20 meetings and negotiations and participated in nearly ten working group sessions on international cooperation with various regions.

Furthermore, as part of the exhibition, Belarusian Industry Minister Andrei Kuznetsov attended the opening of an Additive Technology Center and the launch of a modernized dump truck assembly line at the BelAZ plant.

During the three-day exhibition, enterprises of the Industry Ministry presented innovative products, modern technologies, and projects in the fields of mechanical engineering, metallurgy, microelectronics, and other priority sectors.
