Minsk to host international agriculture expo Belagro 2021 on 1-5 June

MINSK, 11 January (BelTA) – The international agriculture expo Belagro 2021 will take place in Minsk on 1-5 June, BelTA learned from the website of the ZAO MinskExpo company, the organizer of the expo.

The annual agriculture expo Belagro summarizes international experience in agro-industrial engineering and serves to find innovative solutions in the field of environmentally friendly materials and waste-free technologies. The expo is annually organized by the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry. The research centers of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB) will also demonstrate their latest developments in agriculture mechanization, crop farming, potato growing, fruit and vegetable gardening, and food production. The NASB research center for animal husbandry together with the Belarusian state association for livestock breeding Belplemzhivobedinenie will arrange a special exhibition showcasing the achievements of Belarusian animal husbandry and poultry farming. The program of the expo will also include seminars and meetings with scientists and machinery developers.

Belagro will also display machinery, technologies, and equipment for agriculture, farms, and greenhouses, agricultural goods, products of agricultural chemistry, soil and crop protection agents, zootechnics achievements, feeds and feed additives, veterinary drugs, construction structures, power equipment, software, seeds, plants, and grain processing equipment.

The organizer of the Belagro expo is ZAO MinskExpo, the co-organizer is IFW-expo. The event will be arranged with the support of the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry, the Belarusian Industry Ministry, and the NASB.
