MINSK, 14 November (BelTA) – The 6^th international forum on entrepreneurship is taking place in Minsk as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week in Belarus, BelTA has learned.

The theme of this year is innovative thinking. International speakers from the United States, Israel, Spain, Estonia, the Czech Republic, and Russia will share experience in business development and the introduction of innovations.

Partaking in the forum are nearly 500 representatives of government bodies, international financial institutions, well-known businessmen, bankers, investors, and foreign experts. Participants will discuss cases related to the introduction of innovations, financial instruments for business promotion, angel investment and future trends.

The forum is organized by BelBiz Group under the auspices of the Economy Ministry and the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

Global Entrepreneurship Week is held in more than 160 countries to draw public attention to the role of entrepreneurship in the development of economy and society. The forum invites people to tap into their potential through participation in 95,000 events. Belarus joined Global Entrepreneurship Week in 2011 to become 137th country participating in the largest entrepreneurial initiative in the world.
