MINSK, 22 October (BelTA) – Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) will deliver 98 passenger vehicles to Russia’s Yaroslavl Oblast by the end of 2025, MAZ’s press service told BelTA.
The company will supply the Russian region with 6 MAZ-203 city buses, 14 MAZ-257 intercity buses, 44 diesel-powered MAZ-206 buses, and 34 eco-friendly MAZ-206 buses powered by compressed natural gas. The delivery is part of a large-scale transport reform.
The press service noted that Yaroslavl Oblast is already familiar with the reliability and comfort of MAZ vehicles: in 2023, about 140 MAZ buses were delivered to the region. “It is precisely the proven quality and stable operation that formed the basis for this new stage of procurement. We value the trust of our partners and continue to work for results,” MAZ’s press service emphasized.
