Makei, President of Hinduja Group discuss prospects for joint projects

MINSK, 5 June (BelTA) – Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with President of the Hinduja Group Mr Rakesh Gupta on 5 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"During the meeting the parties discussed the prospects for trade, economic and investment cooperation, including joint projects.”

The Hinduja Group is one of the largest diversified groups in the world. Its companies operate in 100 countries around the world, in 12 industries. Six of its companies are listed on stock markets. The Hinduja Group employs over 70,000 people. In 2012, it reported $25 billion in income. The group has been headquartered in London since 1979. The core business interests include machine-building, petrochemical industry, banking industry, power engineering, information technologies, real estate industry, and construction.
