Major exporters of Russia’s Ryazan Oblast seek closer ties with Belarusian companies

MINSK, 20 December (BelTA) – Business cooperation between Belarus and Russia’s Ryazan Oblast was discussed during an online meeting of Belarusian enterprises with the largest exporters of Ryazan Oblast on 19 December, BelTA learned the website of the Mogilev Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).

On behalf of Belarus, the meeting was attended by representatives of Lidapischekontsetraty factory, Orsha Linen Mill, Lenta, Slutsk Cheese-Making Plant, Bereza Feed Mill, Grodno Footwear Factory Neman, Lida Footwear Factory, BelKredo, BELFA, Bobruisktrikotazh knitwear factory, Tiflos, BelTIZ and Bellegprom Concern.

"The parties discussed the supply and sale of products of Belarusian companies in Ryazan Oblast. Representatives of Russian companies operating in the Belarusian market expressed interest in further work with Belarusian companies to expand sales markets," the chamber said.

An agreement was reached to organize a business mission of Belarusian business circles to Ryazan Oblast in April 2022.
