MINSK, 22 August (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko gave instructions to expand the range of tourism services in Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park as he introduced Yuri Nazarov as Chairman of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate on 22 August, BelTA has learned.

According to the head of state, the Belarus President Property Management Directorate offers recreation for tourists in national parks and the Berezina Biosphere Reserve. The president stressed that it is necessary to pay more attention to advertising available offers for family and tourist recreation.

“Keeping in mind the fact that such recreation is in high demand, consider expanding the range of ecological tourism services. During our latest visit to Belovezhskaya Pushcha, the Brest Oblast governor and I discussed the expansion of such services in the national park. [Brest Oblast Governor] Yuri Shuleiko is ready to make investment to expand these services. Meet with him to discuss what should be done, and let's start implementing these projects,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
