MINSK, 18 December (BelTA) – Investors willing to operate in Belarus need to meet certain essential requirements. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement in his address to the nation and the parliament on 18 December, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko said: “Extremely comfortable conditions have been created for investors in Belarus. There is one requirement. And it is essential: pay decent wages to those, who work for you in Belarus, observe the law, and don’t mix economy with politics.”
“You should not exploit our nation, earn money, transfer money to Lithuania, and then finance protest actions from over there. It must not happen. Everything should be honest,” the head of state stressed.
