This proposal came from the American side during the meeting of the Mogilev Oblast delegation led by Governor Vladimir Domanevsky and the senior officials of the secretariat of sister cities of Houston, the fourth largest city in the United States. “We discussed steps to further strengthen and develop cooperation between Mogilev and Houston, agreed on the organization of and participation in joint activities in culture, education and medicine,” Ruslan Strakhar said.

The third Texas-Belarus Economic Forum was held in Houston During the visit. The Belarusian delegation held bilateral meetings with partners from Texas to discuss the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
