Cao Jianming noted for his part: “The agreement envisages the development of relations in training special-purpose personnel, sharing experience in reforming the legal system, its improvement, joint actions and training to combat crimes. The program has been designed to develop mutual relations and exchange experience in the sector in order to both enhance the professional level and strengthen friendship.”
According to the Chinese guest, there is a need to unite efforts to secure stable development of both countries, meet the national and people’s interests. “My colleagues and I are happy to have this opportunity to visit Belarus on an official visit. We can say that Belarus and China enjoy very warm relations. Bilateral contacts have been constantly developing since 1992 when the two countries established diplomatic relations,” said Cao Jianming.
The general prosecutor’s offices of the two countries have been recently strengthening their cooperation. The agreement on cooperation between the General Prosecutor’s Office of Belarus and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China signed on 16 July 2013 testifies to the fact. The parties exchange regular mutual visits, hold science to practice conferences and share experience in the fight against crimes and protection of the countries’ and people’s legal interests.
