MINSK, 5 June (BelTA) - The official visit of Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin to Kyrgyzstan has concluded, the government’s press service told BelTA.
During the visit, the government delegation signed contracts and agreements totaling more than $5 million.
Aleksandr Turchin met with Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Zhaparov and Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev. He also took part in the ceremony to open the Belarus-Kyrgyzstan business forum.
The Belarusian head of government visited several enterprises: a waste-sorting station of the private enterprise Sifania-Ecotechnics, an eco-technology plant generating electricity through the processing of solid municipal waste, and Avtomash-Radiator.
