Chinese Zongshen to set up joint venture with Belarusian MTZ, Gomselmash

MINSK, 11 May (BelTA) – The Chinese company Zongshen has signed an agreement with the Belarusian companies MTZ and Gomselmash on setting up joint ventures with Chinese and foreign capital. The documents were initialed during the Belarusian-Chinese interregional business forum on 11 May, BelTA has learned.

Apart from that, the Belarusian company Saleo and Dongjin Group signed an agreement on manufacturing hydrostatic transmission in China together. In turn, the management of the Belarusian holding company Amkodor and China National Corporation for Overseas Economic Cooperation signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of machine-building industry, petrochemical industry, agriculture, and civil engineering in Belarus.

The Belarusian holding company Horizont and Midea Corporation intend to expand their strategic cooperation and set up a new manufacturing enterprise. The sides initialed the relevant agreement on 11 May.
