The delegation will be led by the Committee’s Chairman Sergei Gurulev.

The spokesman underlined that participation in the expo will open up the rich global market of military and civilian unmanned aerial systems before Belarusian R&D companies and manufacturers. The global UAV market is expanding at a rapid rate and is already close to $7 billion. Even the most modest forecasts made by the industry experts expect the market to exceed $10 billion by 2020. According to the source, Belarus has secured massive advancement in the development of unmanned aerial vehicles for various purposes as part of the state R&D program on multiple-purpose UAVs and relevant manufacturing technologies.
