Belarusian MTZ presents new tractor model in China

MINSK, 23 November (BelTA) – A presentation of the new tractor model MTZ-3523 with the engine capacity of 350hp took place at the China International Agriculture Machinery Expo, BelTA learned from representatives of the Belarusian tractor manufacturer MTZ.

The tractor model was showcased by MTZ’s partner China First Heavy Industries. The new tractor boasts electromechanical transmission from CRRC and a diesel engine from Cummins. Visitors were able to visually appreciate the new model and take it for a test drive.

According to the expo organizers, over 2,000 people visited the stand that featured the new MTZ tractor model. Most of them were professionals. The visitors mentioned several advantages of the new model, including the innovative electromechanical transmission. They also remarked upon the front and rear power takeoff shafts and the lifting device that greatly expand the tractor’s functionality. The high quality and reliability of the materials used to make mechanical equipment were also mentioned.

The China International Agriculture Machinery Expo is the only large-scale exhibition event to display agricultural machines in China this year. It took place in the city of Qingdao on 13-15 November. Stands of over 1,800 exhibitors occupied an area of 200,000m2. About 120,000 people visited the expo.
