Belarusian food industry concern seeks to expand ties with Russia’s Udmurtia

MINSK, 2 November (BelTA) – The Belarusian Belgospischeprom food industry concern is interested in expanding cooperation with Udmurtia, Belgospischeprom’s press service told BelTA.

Chairman of the Belgospischeprom Concern Anatoly Buben met with Mikhail Khomich, Permanent Representative for the Head of the Udmurt Republic under the President of the Russian Federation– Deputy Prime Minister of the Udmurt Republic.

The parties discussed promising areas of cooperation, including the export of brewing malt and edible salt to the Udmurt Republic and also the supply of high-tech equipment for Belgospischeprom’s enterprises.  

The delegation of the Udmurt Republic held the business meeting online and in person and met with representatives of Belgospischeprom and a number of its enterprises: Minsk Margarine Plant, OAO Krinitsa brewer, Gorodeya Sugar Mill, Zhabinka Sugar Mill, Bobruisk plant of vegetable oils, Vitebsk oil extraction plant, Malorita cannery and vegetable processing plant, OAO Gamma Vkusa.

The parties considered expanding the supplies of Belarusian confectionery, snacks, beer, baby food, fat and oil products.
