MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) – The 2017 CIS Quality Excellence Award winners have been announced, BelTA learned from the press service of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus.

From Belarus the CIS awards winners are OAO Mogotex (Mogilev), OAO Grodno Meat-Packing Plant, Grodno State Medical University, Minsk National Airport.

This prestigious award has been awarded in recognition of high achievements in the production of high-quality and competitive goods and services, export growth, cultivating he high reputation of the CIS manufacturers both in the CIS market and foreign markets. Among the winners were also enterprises of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Russia.

The CIS Quality Excellence Award is awarded once every two years, on the competitive basis, to the companies from the CIS member states for significant results in the field of quality of products and services, product safety, highly effective quality management systems.
