Belarusian brands showcased at Gulfood expo in Dubai

MINSK, 22 February (BelTA) – Belarus is presenting its best food industry brands at the Gulfood 2023 exhibition in Dubai, the UAE, on 20-24 February, BelTA learned from the exhibition enterprise Belinterexpo of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).

The Taste of Nature exposition is organized by Belinterexpo of BelCCI.

The exhibition features twelve Belarusian companies. The Belarusian exposition covers the total area of 96 m2. The Belarusian stands broadly display the export potential of Grodno Oblast enterprises included in Grodnomyasomolprom Holding Company.

Belarusian dairy products are presented by Molochny Mir, Lida Dairy and Canning Plant and its branch Smorgon Dairy Products, Bellakt, Mogilev Dairy Company Babushkina Krynka and Rogachev Milk Canning Plant.

Meat products of Slonim and Volkovysk meat packing plants are also on display. The confectionery products are showcased by Kommunarka. The products of ABC, Grodnomyasomolprom Holding Company, Lidahlebproduct and Smorgon Plant of Bread Production are also featured. Santa Bremor and the Savushkin Product dairy company have their own stands at the expo.

Mogilev Dairy Company Babushkina Krynka presented dry milk mixtures for ice-cream and yogurt, Volkovysk Meat Packing Plant offered beef steak, Kommunarka showcased protein bars.

The Gulfood International Food and Beverage Show is the world's largest and most influential annual industry event. The exhibition brings together food manufacturers, importers, distributors as well as restaurateurs. This event is extremely popular with visitors from the Gulf countries, since they import more than 95% of food.

In 2023, more than 5,000 companies from 125 countries are participating in the exhibition.
