Representatives of the Belarusian agricultural machinery manufacturer Gomselmash identified several problems relating to product sales taking into account the available experience of cooperation between the two companies. Upon Vladimir Semashko’s proposal an agreement was reached that Orenburgagronabtekhservis will present its own vision of short-term cooperation, including financing options, the volume of purchases, the product range, to the Belarusian embassy in Russia. In turn, the Belarusian side will look into possible future cooperation options.

The Belarusian delegation also visited the local drilling equipment manufacturer ZBO Drill Industries. A presentation of the available products was arranged. The sides discussed possible sales of drilling equipment to Belaruskali and other Belarusian companies. The Belarusian ambassador asked the Russian company to put together a plan on short-term cooperation with the Belarusian side for the sake of making decisions on forms of future cooperation.

During a trip to OOO Orenburg Radiator the ambassador and the company’s management discussed matters of cooperation with Belarusian mechanical engineering companies. The Russian company was invited to resume participation in tenders for selling radiators to Gomselmash. Possible cooperation with the Belarusian-Chinese car manufacturer BelGee was suggested.

The ambassador’s visit to the Russian region ended with a trip to a Geely dealership in the city of Orenburg and a meeting with its management. It was noted that there is a demand for Geely cars, however, there are issues with acquiring specific models. Vladimir Semashko said the possibility of expanding BelGee’s output capacity is under consideration now. The expansion will allow satisfying needs of dealerships in Russia in the future, too.
