Belarus, Venezuela to resume comprehensive industrial cooperation

MINSK, 17 September (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Venezuela Dmitry Derevinsky met with Venezuela’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Yván Gil Pinto, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.

During the conversation, the parties confirmed the strategic nature of Belarusian-Venezuelan relations and discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral trade and economic interaction.

Special attention was paid to resuming comprehensive joint work on industrial cooperation projects, identifying new promising areas and forms of mutually beneficial cooperation, and expanding the range of mutual supplies of Belarusian and Venezuelan goods. The parties agreed to arrange joint events in the near future to boost bilateral cooperation.
