MINSK, 30 November (BelTA) – The potential of trade and economic cooperation with Belarus will be presented in Marseilles in 2016. The relevant agreement was reached at the meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to France Pavel Latushko and Marseilles Vice Mayor Didier Parakyan and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Marseilles and the region of Provence Louis Aloccio, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is expected that invited to the presentation will be businessmen of Marseilles and the entire region, the press service added.

The parties discussed the prospects for developing cooperation between Belarus and the region of Provence in the economic and cultural areas. Pavel Latushko updated the French representatives on the activity of the embassy in developing bilateral relations with the regions of France in the economic and cultural spheres. An agreement was also reached to organize the Days of Belarusian Cinema in Marseilles.
