MINSK, 12 November (BelTA) – Kazakhstan’s largest specialized expo event – the 27th Central Asia international food industry expo FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2025 opened in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 12 November. The expo is the key platform for business meetings of food industry representatives. The Belarus. The Taste of Nature exposition has been set up as part of this large-scale event, representatives of the Belarusian enterprise BelInterExpo told BelTA.
This year’s food industry expo in Kazakhstan brought together about 400 exhibitors from 31 countries, including Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Iran, China, Malaysia, Norway, Russia, Singapore, the USA, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, and other ones.
According to the organizers, in 2025 the number of participants increased by 17%, which prompted an expansion of the exhibition area and the addition of a new pavilion for the exhibits.
It is not the first time Belarus has showcased its products and goods as part of the expo. Belarusian meat-processing and dairy enterprises expand the product choice every year. “Belarusian products enjoy great popularity on Kazakhstan’s market. The organic content and the high quality of the goods Belarus makes are the key factor that determine the stable demand for the products on display,” Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kazakhstan Aleksei Bogdanov noted during a business meeting, which involved exhibitors, representatives of companies and of the regional business community.
The Belarus. The Taste of Nature exposition occupies over 80m2 and features eight companies. Those include meat-packing plants from Volkovysk, Grodno, Mogilev, Oshmyany, and Slonim. They demonstrate a broad range of dairy, meat, and sausage products, tinned foods, and semi-finished products.
One of Belarus’ largest manufacturers of dairy products OAO Babushkina Krynka, the managing company of the holding company Mogilev Dairy Company Babushkina Krynka, presented a range of cheeses, milk powder sweets as well as cottage cheese bars, butter, ultra-pasteurized milk, samples of dry dairy products and a unique new product – a dry mix for milkshakes with ice cream.
Rennet cheese, soft cheese, butter, ice cream, whole milk products, including sour cream, yogurt, cottage cheese desserts, cottage cheese bars, kefir, milk drinks, milk, cream, and cottage cheese are presented at the expo by the industry’s flagship – OAO Molochny Mir. The high-tech Belarusian dairy company OAO Pruzhany Dairy Plant showcased extrahard rennet cheese, butter, and powdered milk products.
The FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2025 expo is accompanied by an intensive business program, participation in which allows businesses to share experience and a vision of the future development of the food industry in the region.
