Belarus ready to share its agriculture, construction experience with Moldova

MINSK, 3 December (BelTA) – Belarus’ Ambassador to Moldova Anatoly Kalinin has met with Moldova Minister of Economy and Infrastructure Anatol Usatii, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in Moldova.

The ambassador congratulated Anatol Usatii on his appointment as Minister of Economy and Infrastructure of Moldova. The parties discussed trade and economic cooperation, including the expansion of cooperation ties, the growth of mutual supplies of products, cooperation in road construction and organization of a meeting of the Belarus-Moldova intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation in Minsk in 2021.

According to Anatoly Kalinin, Belarus is ready to share its experience in agricultural production, modernization of railway, utilities and elevator infrastructure, construction of modern highways and runways made of concrete, modernization of transport infrastructure.

The parties agreed that the implementation of long-term programs in various areas of national economy of Moldova will allow for a more efficient use of mutual opportunities and will enhance cooperation between Belarus and Moldova.
