Belarus, Kenya coordinate steps in agricultural cooperation

MINSK, 26 April (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kenya Pavel Vzyatkin met with Kenyan Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development Mutahi Kagwe on 25 April, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the development of the legal framework, agreed on further plans and joint measures to promote interaction.

Pavel Vzyatkin presented the achievements of the agro-industrial complex of Belarus, the capabilities of the Belarusian industry, best educational and scientific practices in agriculture. The Belarusian diplomat also invited the minister of agriculture and livestock development of Kenya to attend the international exhibition Belagro 2025.
