Belarus, India intend to intensify economic cooperation

MINSK, 29 July (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Belarus Alok Ranjan Jha in Minsk on 29 July, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties exchanged views on the prospects for the development of the entire complex of Belarusian-Indian relations and also discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda.

 “Special consideration was given to the preparation of important bilateral events, including the seventh round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and India. The parties reaffirmed their commitment to intensifying political dialogue and economic cooperation,” the press service noted.
