Belarus, Egypt to produce grain storage silos

MINSK, 2 April (BelTA) - Belarus and Egypt are planning to start producing grain storage silos in Egypt, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Egypt.

The memorandum of cooperation was concluded by SelEnergoprom (Belarus) and Helwan Machinery & Equipment Co. of the Ministry of Military Production of Egypt.

The document was signed by SelEnergoprom Director Sergei Us and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Helwan Machinery and Equipment Co. Mukhtar Faraj. The ceremony was also attended by Egyptian Minister of Military Production Mohamed Al-Assar, Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Ali al-Meselhy and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Egypt Sergei Rachkov.
