MINSK, 27 March (BelTA) – Belarus and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development have signed a credit agreement on reconstructing part of the P80 motorway, the press service of the Belarusian Transport and Communications Ministry told BelTA.
Belarusian First Deputy Transport and Communications Minister Aleksei Avramenko signed the document in London on 27 March. The credit agreement provides for reconstructing the 0-14.77km section of the P80 Sloboda-Papernya motorway.
The credit agreement will allow upgrading this part of the road to first-category road standards in order to complete the construction of the second ring road around Minsk.
