Victoria-2 Hotel opens in Minsk

MINSK, 3 April (BelTA) – The 4-star Victoria-2 Hotel was inaugurated in Minsk on 3 April, BelTA has learnt.

The hotel complex is located on Pobeditelei Avenue near the Palace of Independence, the State Flag Square, the BelExpo exhibition complex, the Minsk Hero City Stele and the Museum of the Great Patriotic War.

Victoria-2 Hotel opens in MinskDirector of the company Business Center Stolitsa Boris Kritsky informed that teams from seven countries will stay at the hotel during the championship. “We will start getting ready to accommodate the teams on 15 April. The hotel is functionally ready to meet the needs of all visitors to Minsk,” Boris Kritsky said.

The hotel can accommodate 450 guests at a time. The hotel offers 256 rooms, including 63 single rooms, 181 doubles, 8 deluxe rooms and 3 rooms for people with disabilities as well as one suite. The cost starts from $187 per room per night. The hotel offers a flexible discount system. All rooms are equipped with conditioners, mini-safes, landline communication, high-speed Internet, interactive TV, brand-name bedding and bath sets.

Victoria-2 Hotel opens in MinskThe hotel has a 300-seat restaurant Victoria Platinum and two lobby bars. There is also a 70-seat banquet hall on the 16th floor with a view to the Victory Park. Guests will be offered to relax in a SPA center that has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and Finnish sauna and to do their workout routine in the fitness area. There is a four-level parking for over 300 cars near the hotel.

The hotel uses advanced booking, management and safety solutions. It installed the Fidelio system, one of the world’s most reliable hotel management solutions.

Victoria-2 Hotel opens in MinskThe hotel can host any kind of business events, as it has three conference halls with an adjustable area (the capacity of up to 50 people). The conference halls are equipped with modern office equipment and devices to hold presentations.

Two more hotels - the Arena Hotel at the crossroads of Golodeda Street and Tashkentskaya Street and the IT Time Hotel in Kuprevicha Street - opened on 3 April.

The 3-star Arena Hotel will accommodate the maintenance personnel of TV channels that will work in Chizhovka Arena during the world championship. The hotel can accommodate 207 people in 107 rooms, including singles, doubles, deluxe rooms and suites, as well as rooms for people with disabilities. The hotel has a restaurant, a lobby bar, a conference hall, a gym, a sauna, a beauty parlor and a parking place for 55 cars. The cost of the rooms starts from $80 per night.

The IT Time Hotel is one of the four economy-class industrial-style hotels built in Minsk. The other three are East Time, Sport Time, and Hold Time. The IT Time Hotel has 133 rooms for 265 guests. A single room costs Br330,000, a double room – Br670,000, a triple room –Br810,000, a deluxe room – Br760,000.
