World records were beaten at the first competitions of the World Fire and Rescue Championship in Grodno

The records were set by the participants of the 2nd Women’s Junior and Youth World Fire and Rescue Sport Championship in the medium and senior groups who opened the event with the competition "Climbing the fire ladder to a second-floor window of the training tower".

Anna Starodymova (Russia) set a world record in the senior group. It took her 7.31 seconds to climb the fire ladder to a second-floor window of the training tower.

Yelena Prishchepova (Belarus) beat her previous record by doing the exercise in 7.52 seconds.
