Minsk City Day Celebrations

About 3000 young people gathered at one of the city’s biggest squares, October Square to spread out a gigantic national flag. The width occupied over 4 000 square meters (45x90 m) and its weight was 300 kg. The unusual action was held on ‪Minsk‬ City Day and became one of the birthday presents to the Belarusian capital. The organizers have already sent a request for including in the Guinness Book of Records as the biggest flag of the Republic of ‪Belarus‬.
