International forum TIBO 2015 in Minsk

The opening ceremony of TIBO 2015 was attended by Director General Choi Young-jin of the National Radio Research Agency at the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning of the Republic of Korea, Belarus Minister of Communication and Information Technology Sergei Popkov, Belarus Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov, Head of the Zonal CIS Countries Division of the International Telecommunication Union Orozobek Kajykov, Director General of the Executive Committee of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC) Nurudin Mukhitdinov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Belarus Cui Qiming. Among the high guests of the forum were also UN Under Secretary General for Economic and Social Affairs Wu Hongbo and UNIDO Director General Li Yong.
