First Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration Maksim Ryzhenkov

The Belarusians hold books in high regard, First Deputy Head of Belarus’ President Administration Maksim Ryzhenkov said at the opening of the 25th edition of the Minsk International Book Fair. The 25th  installment of the Minsk book fair has become a true celebration of the book featuring publishers from 32 countries, Maksim Ryzhenkov said.
