Roadmap signed for Belarus-Brazil project on setting up assembly enterprises

MINSK, 18 July (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Brazil Sergei Lukashevich met with Governor of Brazil’s State of Ceara Elmano de Freitas the other day, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.

Sergei Lukashevich and Elmano de Freitas discussed prospects of establishing joint enterprises to assemble Belarusian tractors in Brazil, including compact tractors intended for family farms.

A roadmap of the project envisaging the establishment of the joint assembly enterprises was solemnly signed in the presence of Brazilian Agrarian Development and Family Agriculture Minister Paulo Teixeira.
