India shows interest in industrial cooperation with Belarus

MINSK, 12 December (BelTA) – Minsk Free Economic Zone played host to a meeting between the FEZ administration and a business delegation from India, BelTA learned from the FEZ Minsk press service.
The delegation included business representatives from mechanical engineering, logistics, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and others.
The parties discussed promising areas of cooperation, and also issues related to the organization of logistics between the enterprises of the two countries.
Anatoly Buben, head of the FEZ Minsk administration, presented the opportunities and conditions for doing business within the free economic zone. In turn, the Indian party expressed interest in developing industrial cooperation with Belarusian companies.
As part of the visit to FEZ Minsk the Indian business delegation also held negotiations and visited the furniture production of the FEZ resident Domovoi-RP.
Business communication continued on the sidelines of the Belarusian-Indian business forum organized by the National Center for Marketing.
