China shows interest in increasing trade with Belarus

MINSK, 13 December (BelTA) - Chinese business is interested in increasing export and import operations with Belarus, the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) told BelTA.

Possibilities of expanding the partnership between Belarusian and Chinese enterprises and organizations were considered in the BelCCI at the meeting of Aleksandr Golovarev, Head of the International Cooperation and Exhibition Activities Department, with representatives of the China International Cooperation Development Agency and the business community.

Chinese businessmen expressed interest in exporting tea to Belarus, importing Belarusian meat and dairy products, agricultural products, fertilizers, and also in developing cooperation with Belarusian companies in the use of alternative energy sources, woodworking, and other areas.
