China-Belarus industrial park resident company to make innovative material

MINSK, 15 December (BelTA) – The Belarusian company Solidpipe System was registered as a new resident of the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone on 15 December, BelTA learned from the industrial park’s website.

The company will implement a project in the sphere of new materials. The project provides for making an innovative coating and applying it to mining industry equipment components.

The technology is unique in Belarus and countries of the Eurasian region. Production is scheduled to begin in 2021.

The China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone is a special economic zone with a special legal regime. It is located 25km away from Minsk. The industrial park is home to nearly 70 resident companies from 14 countries. The park’s priority development areas include mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications, biotechnologies, pharmaceutics, new materials, logistics, digital commerce, big data storage and processing.
