Belarus reduces export duties on oil, oil products

MINSK, 4 July (BelTA) – The Council of Ministers passed Resolution No.429 on 30 June 2023 to revise export duties on oil and petroleum products that are exported outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), BelTA learned from the National Legal Internet Portal

In line with the document, the export duty on crude, furnace oil, oil bitumen, petrolatum, paraffin, and waste oils is now $15.6 per tonne ($16.2 per tonne before). The export duty on straight-run gasoline now stands at $8.5 per tonne ($8.9 before). The export duty on commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, light and middle distillates, benzene, toluene, xylene, lubricants equals $4.6 per tonne ($4.8 before).

The resolution came into force on 1 July 2023.
