In China in 6 hours: Belavia launches new flight Minsk-Urumqi

Minsk National Airport hosted a grand ceremony to launch a regular flight Minsk- Urumqi-Minsk by Belavia on 16 December 2024. The press event dedicated to the event was attended by the heads of Belavia, the Aviation Department at the Transport and Communications Ministry, Minsk National Airport, the Association of Chinese Companies in Belarus and others. Urumqi is the commercial, economic and cultural center of northwestern China. It is the capital of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. Urumqi is located at the crossroads of important transport routes, including the modern route of the Belt and Road Initiative. The city is a key transportation hub between China, Central Asia, Russia and Europe.
