MOSCOW, 28 August (BelTA) – Russia and Belarus will be able to resolve common problems. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the relevant statement as he met with Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin on 28 August, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko said: “Bearing future in mind, we will talk about our common problem that we have to resolve in Belarus’ south and the Russian Federation’s west. It is indeed a problem. But we will resolve it. We will resolve it regardless of whatever anyone wants. We have already puzzled out how some parties do not want or want things and we understand very well what is going on around us.”
“This is why since we have to tackle all issues together, I wish us to be able to handle these problems. But we will handle them,” the Belarusian leader added.
