MINSK, 22 November (BelTA) – Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus remained second in the recently published WTA rankings, BelTA has learned.

The best Belarusian tennis player did not advance from the preliminary group in the WTA Finals in Guadalajara, Mexico. Aryna Sabalenka currently goes with 6,370 points. Victoria Azarenka is 27th with 2,166 points, Aliaksandra Sasnovich is 91st with 820 points, Olga Govortsova is 135th with 564 points. 2021 WTA Finals winner Garbine Muguruza of Spain went up to 3rd.

There were no changes in the ATP rankings following the ATP Finals in Turin. Novak Djokovic of Serbia is still on the top of the table, despite losing in the semifinal to future ATP Finals champion Alexander Zverev of Germany. Belarus’ Ilya Ivashka goes 48th with 1,194 points in the ATP rankings, Egor Gerasimov is 113th with 665 points.
