Gala concert to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Valentin Elizariev in Bolshoi

Stars of the world and Belarusian ballet, colleagues and friends, hundreds of fans, warm words and, most importantly, great performances on the stage of Bolshoi in honor of the Maestro – the famous choreographer, People's Artist of the USSR and Belarus, Professor, honorary citizen of Minsk Valentin Elizariev. On 2 November, almost immediately after the big premiere of the new Spartacus, Bolshoi Theater tolled out the second major project in honor of the legendary choreographer.

Soloists from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, the United States gathered in Minsk to wish happy 70th birthday to Valentin Elizariev and to perform the best acts produced by him for the most famous theaters around the world. Greetings from Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to Valentin Elizariev was read out by Vice Premier Vasily Zharko.
