Lukashenko wishes Happy Constitution Day to Belarusian people

MINSK, 15 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has wished a Happy Constitution Day to Belarusian people, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.

“The Fundamental Law which has established the major principles of the social and state organization is a pillar of such values as legality, equality, justice and sovereignty. The enhancement of sovereign statehood, social accord and political stability are inseparably connected with the constitutional right of the Belarusian people to determine their fate and make crucial decisions,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state expressed confidence that the improvement of constitutional democracy in compliance with the current trends of Belarus’ development should, first of all, take into account the interests of every individual and the society in general.

Alexander Lukashenko wished Belarusian people health, happiness and success in all undertakings for the benefit of the Homeland.
