MINSK, 27 August (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has arrived in the Russian Federation on a working visit, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
The itinerary of the visit includes negotiations with President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The heads of state are expected to discuss key avenues of bilateral cooperation. The leaders of Belarus and Russia will also exchange opinions about topical items on the regional agenda and the international one, on matters concerning the promotion of security.
The Belarusian head of state will also meet with Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. Practical aspects of development of Belarus-Russia cooperation in trade, economy, and investment, the realization of industrial cooperation projects will be discussed.
