MOSCOW, 23 April (BelTA) - The Belarusian President’s address contained many interesting, instructive, and honest points, Vladimir Spivakov, People’s Artist of the USSR, artistic director of the Moscow Virtuosi orchestra, said while commenting on the President’s address to the nation and the parliament, BelTA has learnt.

Vladimir Spivakov noted that the Belarusian President cares about his country and the interests of the whole nation. “This is the main thing. All heads of state should think and act like Alexander Lukashenko does,” the People’s Artist said.

He emphasized that the results of the policy conducted by the Belarusian authorities are obvious for every person coming to the country. “Belarus is peaceful, clean, and friendly. There are no inter-ethnic clashes in the country. The atmosphere is favorable for creative process,” Vladimir Spivakov said.
