MINSK, 26 November (BelTA) - Development of cooperation with Belarus is one of the most important elements of Vietnam's foreign policy, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong told media after the meeting with Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko, BelTA ahs learned.

Mr Nguyen Phu Trong called the talks a success. They were held in an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, he noted. “We discussed a wide range of issues of mutual interest and agreed on the further development of the mutually beneficial ties,” said the high Vietnamese guest.
