Lukashenko: Kupala Theater actors enrich the Belarusian culture

MINSK, 29 March (BelTA) – Today’s generation of Kupala Theater actors maintain fine traditions and enrich the Belarusian culture with their outstanding achievements. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the relevant note in the Distinguished Visitors Book of the Yanka Kupala National Academic Theater as he attended the theater reopening ceremony on 29 March.

“I am glad to share with you the joy of reopening this theater. You have by right deserved a distinguished title of Belarusian theater number one. The theater is a present value of our country, wins the love and recognition with its national spirit and professional excellence,” Alexander Lukashenko said.

“Let this revamped and re-equipped building become a cosy home for the Kupala Theater family and help live out the most cherished dreams,” the President stressed.
