Chekanov: Expos such as Motor Show draw foreign investors to the country
MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – Expos such as an international motoring exhibition Motor Show provides Belarus with an opportunity to draw more foreign investors, Trade Minister Valentin Chekanov said as he visited the expo on 23 May, BelTA learnt from Spokesman for the Ministry Dmitry Malinovsky.
The Motor Show opened in Minsk on 23 May. The exhibition has been housed for the first time at the country’s biggest and most advanced avenue Minsk Arena. Valentin Chekanov visited almost all stands, including those featuring the global brands. In his view, such events will help promote these brands on the markets of Belarus in the future.
In general, Valentin Chekanov commended the high level of the organization of the event, noting that the presence of a large number of global brands attests to that.
