“Honest, truthful and responsible journalism is needed more than ever today. We need journalism that does something good, helps the global community address the most complicated tasks,” Lilia Ananich said.

She expressed views that Belarusian mass media should set an example of patriotic journalism. “We carefully nurture our Belarusian state, therefore we see how hard it is to create something in the world,” she noted.

Speaking about the 9th edition of the Belarusian international media forum “Partnership for the Future: the Global World Realities” Lilia Ananich noted that events of such a scale help mass media representatives to forge new ties and contribute to better understanding between countries and peoples. She drew attention to the fact that this year the forum brought together delegates from 26 states, among whom are public figures and statesmen, political analysts, experts, media personalities.
