MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko is set to hold talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban during his official visit to Belarus on 5 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The meeting will take place in the Palace of Independence. Aleksandr Lukashenko and Viktor Orban are expected to discuss trade and economic cooperation, and the implementation of joint projects. Belarus and Hungary have made great progress in bilateral relations, however, the potential in expanding cooperation in various areas is still hugely untapped.

The forthcoming visit will be the first official visit of the Hungarian top official to Belarus and will become an important milestone in the development of the Belarusian-Hungarian relations.
