MINSK, 11 October (BelTA) - Belarusian judoka Artyom Kolosov claimed the second gold at the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian National Olympic Committee.
In the team competitions the talented Belarusian athlete ranked first as part of Team Beijing. According to the National Olympic Committee, taking part in the tournament were boys and girls of different weight categories from different countries. Artyom Kolosov’s team won 4-3 over Team Athens. Apart from the Belarusian, gold medals went to representatives of Croatia, Italy, Uzbekistan, Mexico, Venezuela and China.
The Youth Olympic Fames in the capital of Argentina will be over on 18 October.
